Programs:

Purchase HUD homes with 100 down payment.  HUD allows for 3% closing cost contribution and will pay up to 5% commission.  1000 sales allowance for buyer on a property within the first 30 days of list. 203K rehab loans allow buyer to purchase and remodel house.  Works in conjunction with the 203 H disaster victim loan which allows for 100% financing.  Neighborhood Stabilization Program opportunities to purchase fully renovated homes from federally funded local municipalities and they will provide forgivable down payment assistance.  Various programs throughout the state but the region most represented by Cobb NSP at www.buycobb.com or Northwest Georgia Regional Commission being represented by Cobb Housing Inc www.cobbhousinginc.org
