Purchase HUD homes with 100 down payment. HUD allows for 3% closing cost contribution and will pay up to 5% commission. 1000 sales allowance for buyer on a property within the first 30 days of list. 203K rehab loans allow buyer to purchase and remodel house. Works in conjunction with the 203 H disaster victim loan which allows for 100% financing. Neighborhood Stabilization Program opportunities to purchase fully renovated homes from federally funded local municipalities and they will provide forgivable down payment assistance.
